The Paperless Endodontic Office
By Flo Janes
We are so excited to connect with our specialty practices and show them what their Datacon systems can do. The following is a list of subjects that we will be discussing at our next study group for endodontic practices:
- Email integration with Datacon
- How to record medical history in your Datacon system
- Automated chart notes / electronic consent forms
- Items scanned into the electronic patient chart (i.e. Patient Folder)
- The many tracking reports at your disposal - for example: Referral and Recall tracking
- Flags on Accounts and Patients
- Time Clock and reports
- Digital X-rays
- Incorporating digital x-rays and intra-oral images from your Datacon system in correspondence with your patients and colleagues.
Here is what participants attending our first Oral Surgery Study Group had to say:
Donna at Dr.’s Brown and Hailey in Sacramento rated this Study Group Session a 5 out of 5, and said that it was “…informative and very relaxed, I felt I could ask questions and received answers. Not lost in the crowd.”
Socorro from Dr. Steffensen’s office in Napa rated it 5 out of 5, and said “It was a fun learning group.”
I’ll bet that users in endodontic offices can’t wait for their specialty study group meeting. The next one is scheduled for Wednesday May 27 at 9:00 am. We hope to see you all there!
