At Datacon, we are continually striving to make our software as intuitive and user friendly as possible. But, when you do get stumped and need our assistance, we are here for you. These are just some of the services you receive with your monthly software support:
- Periodic updates of the Datacon dental practice management software, including enhancements and new features.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of issues in the Datacon practice management software.
- Troubleshooting of problems regarding specific hardware supplied by Datacon.
- Thirty minutes per month IT support (Tech support) via telephone.
- Issues related to connecting to the Datacon Dental System with pcLink.
- Rates for training at Datacon, your office or via the Internet, as well as information on study group sessions and galas.

Support staff is available 8 am to 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
