Datacon Mobile provides remote access to your practice data.
Your Mac server is capable of hosting a secure web site designed to be accessed by the doctors and staff. You can use your iPad, iPhone or other mobile device to log onto your system and look up information about your schedule, patients, accounts and financial status. Like most areas of your system, Datacon Mobile is highly customizable. In addition to the built-in standard functions you are able to preset custom reports or information you wish to see and access it anytime, anywhere.
Producer Schedule Review

A list of active producers showing which days that producer has patients scheduled.

Select a producer to show a week beginning today showing the number of patients scheduled and the hours the producer is scheduled.

Select a day to see a list of patients scheduled that day with name, appointment time, contact number, and confirmation status shown.

Patient Search

This page allows either the last name or any part of a name to be entered.

The search result is a list of matching patient names showing the last treatment date and contact phone number.

When a patient is selected, details include access to the account, address, phone numbers, eMail address, notes, and the patient photo.

If a perio exam is on file, the most recent date is shown and selecting the date shows the exam report.
Patient Appointment Confirmation

This page shows a week beginning today with the number of appointments on each day.

Selecting a day shows a list of who is coming in that day with appointment time, duration, contact number and confirmation status.

Selecting an appointment shows more details, allows the appointment to be confirmed and allows notes to be added to the appointment.
