Announcing PayConnect Integration
Accepting Credit Card Payments Just Got Easier
We are excited to announce that in June, 2015 we rolled out software updates supporting integrated credit card processing using PayConnect Merchant Services from DentalXChange.
Datacon has partnered with the DentalXChange to bring you integrated credit card processing. Simply swipe your patient's card or manually enter the information on the Payment screen and your Datacon software will contact the PayConnect servers at DentalXChange to authorize the payment. If approved, your software will post the payment to the account ledger. You can access your payments on line via the PayConnect website, view them on your Datacon deposit slip , reconcile, and close the batch for end of day processing. It couldn't be simpler.
PayConnect Merchant Services from DentalXChange provides competitive pricing and superior service. We have worked with their ClaimConnect product successfully for many years and are excited to continue working with them to provide this new service.
When credit card payments are posted to the account ledger, you may enter the credit card information or use a magnetic card reader attached to your workstation. The software contacts the PayConnect servers to get approval and posts the payment when the card is approved. The software also handles credit card refunds and will void a payment or refund entered in error.
PayConnect supports VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club cards.
